Change of use of first floor of Police House (museum exhibit, currently under construction) to provide residential accommodation for museum staff (visual security checks, alarm responses, and reporting livestock issues). Ground floors of the Police Houses, the Police Office and the gardens to function as publicly accessible museum exhibits. First floor of one Police House to provide staff residential accommodation, and the opposing Police House to provide staff offices.

Conversion of existing farm buildings to offices and communal rooms and of agricultural building to equestrian use, construction of 2 no. holiday cottages, installation of 10 no. shepherds huts for holiday accommodation and associated works
