Variation of Condition 3 (landscaping implementation) pursuant to permission DM/21/01742/VOC (Change of use to provide extension of caravan/vehicle storage area and siting of three storage containers) to permit alterations to boundary treatment and landscaping

Non material amendment application to allow for increase in the height of the building, extension of the plant room enclosure on the western elevation, update to the noise impact assessment (conditions 3 and 13), revisions to the landscaping plan including the removal of trees along the southern boundary, replacement planting and alterations to the attenuation basin and level changes.

The proposed refurbishment works are the replacement of the existing windows and external doors throughout with new thermally broken aluminium. 1Nr new disabled access ramp, improvements to stepped access, an extension of the existing entrance porch, and a number of external landscaping alterations including replacement of a climbing wall and new caving system, new timber den, and repair to perimeter fencelines. Additionally proposed is the installation of Ground Source Heat Pumps and PV panels to the main roof with 9.5kWh battery.

Variation of condition 2 pursuant to planning approval DM/21/04272/FPA (Extensions, external alterations and internal refurbishment of leisure centre, including relocation of main entrance and new entrance foyer, new footpaths, landscaping, seating and lighting. Provision of new facilities including a soft play area, cafe, alterations to pool and a new library facility provided within the leisure centre) to allow for the extension of the main entrance to provide additional space to accommodate the soft play facility, servery / barista seating.

Refurbishment and extension of existing museum for use as exhibition centre and gallery venue (Use Class F.1) with ancillary restaurant/cafe (Use Class E(b)) and retail (Use Class E(a)) uses, and alterations to landscaping, access, and parking.

Conversion of vacant dwelling to provide 4no. 2 bedroom residential apartments (C3), single storey extension to side, various external alterations, associated dual vehicle access points, off-street parking and landscaping.
