Change of material to the extension roof from timber to natural slate to match the other barns, with the addition of metal guttering. Change of material from Accoya to British larch with a fire retardant coating for fire safety reasons and change of eaves window to a separate roof window and facade window. Addition of a small slit to the east gable, to reflect historic detailing.

Alterations to elevations to include extensions totalling 81.5 sqm, incorporating sections of new shopfront, extended roof line and replacement drive thru booths with an additional booth for fast forward ordering. Installation of a new access door, high level window, aluminium cladding and new entrance lobby. Minor changes to kerblines, introduction of new patio furniture, relocation of cycle racks and new 10ft storage container within existing remote corral with associated works to the site.

Raise ridge to roof by 1.85m, construct dormer roof extension to rear and replace existing conservatory with 1.5 storey rear extension and raised terrace.
