Resubmission of planning permission DM/23/01149/FPA to reflect alterations to windows and doors

Demolition of existing garage and rear kitchen extension. Two storey side extension, single storey rear extension, attached garage, dormer window to rear, 3no rooflights to front, alterations to fenestration and conversion of loft to habitable room (Re-Submission of DM/23/00637/FPA).

Non-material amendment pursuant to Planning Permission DM/22/00149/RM to extend the living room and gym gable wall by 1m, extend the width of the garage by 1 metre, adjust the dormer gable ridge line so that it is in line with the main ridge, remove chimney stack and alterations to fenestration.

Alterations to elevations to include extensions totalling 81.5 sqm, incorporating sections of new shopfront, extended roof line and replacement drive thru booths with an additional booth for fast forward ordering. Installation of a new access door, high level window, aluminium cladding and new entrance lobby. Minor changes to kerblines, introduction of new patio furniture, relocation of cycle racks and new 10ft storage container within existing remote corral with associated works to the site.

Partially retrospective application for external works including stripping and recovering of roofs, re-building of chimney stack, refurbishment of windows, re-pointing and crack stitch repairs, internal works including alterations to existing layout, relocation of staircase, removal of ceilings to several areas, creation of structural openings, damp proofing works and general refurbishment.

Non-material amendment pursuant to planning permission DM/22/01491/VOC for minor design alterations to windows

Raise roof height, construct 2no dormer windows to rear and internal alterations

Construction of porch to front and changes to existing fenestration and driveway/garden alterations in association with conversion of existing semi-detached properties into a single dwelling (Use Class C3) which can be carried out under permitted development.

Conversion of outbuildings to create annex with external alterations including the raising of the roof and additional fenestration.
