Convert garage into habitable room, demolish conservatory and replace with a single storey extension, render and hardwood (Larch) timber cladding to property, replace roof with a grey 'slate colour' concrete tile, replace windows and doors with anthracite grey upvc and alterations to driveway and vehicle access. Removal of conifer hedge to boundary and replace with 1.8 metre high timber fence.
