Demolition of existing entrance and storage building, external building alterations and associated works including new entrance and first floor alterations (permitted development) replacement of windows and doors, alterations to mullions, repair of roof tiles, installation of Air Source Heat Pump and associated compound fence, hard surfacing, installation of 1 no. cycle storage shelter and electric charging, refuse storage area, landscaping, external lighting and CCTV, access ramp and steps, erection of electrical substation, boundary treatments and any other associated infrastructure.

The proposed refurbishment works are the replacement of the existing windows and external doors throughout with new thermally broken aluminium. 1Nr new disabled access ramp, improvements to stepped access, an extension of the existing entrance porch, and a number of external landscaping alterations including replacement of a climbing wall and new caving system, new timber den, and repair to perimeter fencelines. Additionally proposed is the installation of Ground Source Heat Pumps and PV panels to the main roof with 9.5kWh battery.

Refurbishment of flat block to include application of render/cladding to the front, part rear and gable elevations; replacement of windows and entrance doors with new canopies and metalwork detailing; replacement pitched roof with solar PV panels to rear; external landscaping works with cycle storage; new external hardstanding and railings to front; with associated internal refurbishment works.

Discharge of Condition 3 (materials), 4 (windows, doors and garage door) and 5 (hard and soft landscaping) pursuant to permission DM/21/01620/FPA

Remodelling of property including rendering of whole dwelling, fenestration alterations, installation of raised decking and access ramps, 2 no. first floor balconies to west elevation 1no. first floor balcony to east elevation, front porch canopy, installation of solar panels and ground source heat pump. Demolition of existing garage/barn and erection of detached garage block including landscaping works to level ground
