New door to south west elevation, alterations to windows within north west elevation (within the proposed dwelling in former joiners shop), addition of door to north west elevation and alterations to window arrangement on the south west elevation of annex in association with internal layout alterations

Non-material amendments pursuant to planning permission DM/22/00289/RM (retail development) including increase in size and slight repositioning of the customer entrance lobby; enlarging a fire escape door, relocating a goods door; A slight reduction of the window size at first floor level and the addition of new roof lights; Change to the proposed cladding type and colour; The creation of a new gate on the eastern side of the outdoor project centre, a slight re-positioning of the entrance gates to this area, and an escape gate to western service yard entrance; marking of three parking bays as click and collect bays; The relocation of the accessible bays; The substitution of proposed external sale area for a trolley park; and the provision of additional of trolley parks, adjustment to the access to the Outdoor Project Centre; removal of armco to the service yard, small adjustments to the fence and gate line to the east elevation; and removal of bollards around the trolley bay and addition of bollards to external space.
