Improvement of an existing access and creation of a tarmac road to serve existing stables and hay store with small area of hardcore to existing muck heap area, alterations to existing boundary landscaping and fencing (retrospective).

Demolition of existing entrance and storage building, external building alterations and associated works including new entrance and first floor alterations (permitted development) replacement of windows and doors, alterations to mullions, repair of roof tiles, installation of Air Source Heat Pump and associated compound fence, hard surfacing, installation of 1 no. cycle storage shelter and electric charging, refuse storage area, landscaping, external lighting and CCTV, access ramp and steps, erection of electrical substation, boundary treatments and any other associated infrastructure.

Installation of a multi use games area (MUGA) including 4.5m boundary fence and associated landscaping and external lighting, creation of playing field/outdoor activity area on land to west of building, 2m mesh fencing to east and south boundaries, 2m timber fencing to north and west boundaries, siting of 3no. containers for storage/classroom/MUGA use, alterations to existing car park and associated works to facilitate use of site as school

The proposed refurbishment works are the replacement of the existing windows and external doors throughout with new thermally broken aluminium. 1Nr new disabled access ramp, improvements to stepped access, an extension of the existing entrance porch, and a number of external landscaping alterations including replacement of a climbing wall and new caving system, new timber den, and repair to perimeter fencelines. Additionally proposed is the installation of Ground Source Heat Pumps and PV panels to the main roof with 9.5kWh battery.

Conversion of vacant dwelling to provide 4no. 2 bedroom residential apartments (C3), single storey extension to side, various external alterations, associated dual vehicle access points, off-street parking and landscaping.

Side extension of existing factory, alterations to north access and landscaping

Extensions, external alterations and internal refurbishment of leisure centre, including relocation of main entrance and new entrance foyer, new footpaths, landscaping, seating and lighting. Provision of new facilities including a soft play area, cafe, alterations to pool and a new library facility provided within the leisure centre.

Refurbishment of flat block to include: new roof profile, covering and rainwater goods; new brick and render external cladding; new windows and alterations to main entrance; new access footpath, visitor parking bays and dropped kerb; associated external landscaping works and refuse storage.
