Revised proposal regarding the shape of the top of the steel fencing posts consented under DM/23/00302/LB for the vertical extension of the existing parapet mesh and erection of a 2.075m high galvanised steel post and wire safety fence on the existing parapet walls on both sides of the Grade II Listed Newton Cap Viaduct.

Erection of timber fencing and installation of 4no CCTV cameras and security system annunciator (retrospective)

Replacement windows/front door on principal elevation, replacement lintels and sills, removal of satellite dish from principal elevation, new render, rooflights, bi-fold doors and windows to rear elevation, internal alterations and garden fence/benches to rear

Installation of new replacement perimeter timber fencing

Internal alterations and reconfiguration of existing building layout to include provision of additional living accommodation (total 5 no. apartments), formation of secure store and laundry area; general repair works and installation of secondary glazing; installation of new metal boundary fence with gated access to front boundary and timber fence to front and side.

Single storey rear extension,new estate wrought iron fence to front of the property between the host property and no. 3 and 5. Internal and external alterations including new doors/windows (with slim line double glazing), rooflights, re-pointing/repair of stonework, new floor construction, new roof membrane and new plasterboard internally.

Conversion of disused stable to form dependent annex accommodation with new porch, erection of boundary and garden fences
