T3 (Beech) Prune by 2-3 metres of branches encroaching onto the highway, T4 (Cherry) Pollard damaged / dead tree, T6 (Sycamore) Prune by 2-3m and crown lift by 1m. (T4 and T6 are within the garden of St Cuthberts House) - Section 211 notice

T1 - Sycamore - Remove the 6 lowest limbs to crown lift and clear building and phone line. Prune back remaining branch tips by upto 2m, from gardens of 18 and 16A Iveston Lane to maintain clearance from both properties. T2 - Sycamore - Remove lowest limb overhanging 18 Iveston Lane to maintain clearance from the building and crown lift opposite side to the canopy to 3m to balance the crown. T3 and T4 - Sycamores - Remove 4 lowest limbs, epicormic growth at the base and prune back branch tips on the house side of the canopy by upto 2-3m. - Section 211 notice

T1. Horse Chestnut Crown lift tree at side of house to 3.5m, prune to clear the building by 2.5m, T2. Lime Crown lift/remove epicormic growth up to 3.5m, T3. Lime Prune back limb over grass by 6m to reduce chance of branch failure due to historic wound, crown lift to 3.5m, T4. Maple Fell tree which is in a state of advanced decline, as close to ground level as practical, T5. Maple Remove lowest branch overhanging the road, crown lift remaining branches to 3.5m - (Section 211 notice)

Birch tree in front garden is now leaning over the property and there is concern that high winds may bring down the tree and damage the property. The tree is also showing signs of die back and fungal growth. It is proposed to cut the tree to the stump, remove all debris and plant a native mixed hedge across the width of the garden instead. A similar tree has been removed in the same way from the neighbouring house.

T1- Lime - Prune back branches from house, crown lift to 3m and remove deadwood only, - T2 - Lime - Prune back from house and balance, remove deadwood, T3 - Lime -Prune from wires by 1.5m, remove deadwood (Section 211 notice)

We have a large lime tree in our front garden. This had the height and crown reduced and lifted about 10-15 years ago, to ensure that the tree wouldn't hit our house if it it came down in a storm. Since then the tree has grown enormously and we'd like to right size it again to the size we had it when it was reduced previously. This would need the tree reducing in size and crown by about 50%, or ideally, pollarding.

T1 Cherry- Fell Semi Mature Cherry in close proximity to the house. Roots undermining the garden wall, canopy extending towards the gutters and interfering with the properties telephone line. Tree has been harshly pollarded in the past and is now of poor form and little amenity value. Remove to allow new driveway entrance to be constructed. T2 Cherry- Fell young Cherry adjacent to T1. Tall and drawn out young cherry has grown for the light between T1 and an adjacent Cypress, also previously pollarded and now of poor form and little amenity value. T3 Ash- Fell semi mature ash, showing early signs of ash dieback similar to other young ash on the property. Tree has grown up behind and through an adjacent cypress, remove to allow customer to retain the Cypress and allow it space to continue to grow and fill the space. (Section 211 notice)

Felling of Willow (T1) due to potential damage to boundary wall, drains and house, excessive tree size and shading. Crown reduction by 3m of Apple (T2) due to excessive size, shading and possible damage to boundary wall.

Works to front: Removal of one to Leylandii and removal of Japanese Acer from front garden to assist with maneuvering vehicles and to create a larger drive. Works to the rear: Removal of a blossom tree; group of three Leylandii tree to be removed; removal of a fallen tree for safety; removal of one Leylandii tree in back right corner to build summer house.
