Proposed variation of condition 2 of DM/15/02906/VOC including the addition of two mezzanine levels, changes to the building facade, addition of four extensions and changes to the roof profile and height and addition of solar panels , increase in disabled parking and regularising the gate house elevations and removal of conditions 3 (Sample of materials) , 5 (Construction Environmental Management Plan), 12 (Shallow Mine Workings) and 13 (Travel Plan) through submission of these details.
