The proposed works comprise the removal of 1 no. existing black wooden framed and panelled external door with transom window to West (Lane) Elevation, and replacement with a new composite, white framed, and black coloured door leaf, with obscure toughened glass transom window (see Wilson Front PDF document). Also, the removal of 1 no. existing black wooden framed and panelled, stable style external door to the North elevation of the existing rear extension to the East (Rear yard) Elevation, and replacement with a new composite, white framed, and black coloured door leaf, with obscure glass panel (see Wilson Back Cottage PDF document).
