Non-material amendment pursuant to planning permission DM/21/00028/FPA to allow alterations to ground floor doors and window positions and update to parking layout of plots 7-9; replacement of existing sub station building with 3 no. smaller buildings; replacement of approved palisade fencing with weld mesh fencing to boundary treatments; and removal of first floor mezzanines and windows and alterations to cladding specification to all units

Convert garage into habitable room, demolish conservatory and replace with a single storey extension, render and hardwood (Larch) timber cladding to property, replace roof with a grey 'slate colour' concrete tile, replace windows and doors with anthracite grey upvc and alterations to driveway and vehicle access. Removal of conifer hedge to boundary and replace with 1.8 metre high timber fence.
