Confirmation of commencement of development of planning permission reference 181293FUL dated 16/05/2018 for redevelopment to provide: Single-storey rear extension; two-storey rear extension; two rear dormer roof extensions incorporating a juliet balcony; and installation of one conservation area roof light to front roof slope; conversion of existing 5 self-contained flats into 6 self-contained flats including associated external alteration involving the repositioning of windows to the southern side elevation (Lawful Development Certificate for an Existing Development).
