1 Ash Tree see pictures Request to remove the ash tree as the tree is in close proximity to the house, approximately 7ft from the front wall. The roots of the tree can be seen where they disappear under the house or very close to it. There are signs of slow cracks in the concrete at the front door. These were small hairline cracks in June 2020 when the pictures were taken. . This can be seen in the picture. In addition, One large branch has grown over the roof of the houses (including No3) and when the leaves grow they are sitting on the roof.

A Silver Birch tree which has grown very tall and needs to be pollarded by 30%. Insurance of house demands all trees be 7 metres away from the house, this one is not and they should not be more than 3 metres high. This is is higher than the house and in winds sways a lot and could snap potential damaging our roof. We would like to pollard by 30%. Crown lift up to 2.5m or 30% of tree height but the resulting pruning wounds will be no greater than 100mm
