Construction of a rear mansard roof extension and three rear roof dormers, part single, part two storey rear extension (following demolition of existing ground floor conservatory and two storey rear outrigger); excavation to provide basement, including lightwell to rear and pavement lights to street frontage; installation of balcony to the first floor front elevation; installation of front dormer window; installation of 8 solar panels and one roof lights to front roof slope; and alteration to the boundary wall including installation of a fence and a gate (Retrospective).

Minor Material Amendment (S.73) to vary condition 2 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 212190FUL dated 28/05/2021 for 'Construction of a two-storey detached dwelling house'. The proposed amendments include alterations to the fenestration and rooflights, removal of the chimney, alteration to the roof profile, the relocation of the rear dormer and alterations to the front lighting detail (Retrospective application)
