TPO no.5 - T1 - Sequoia (Wellingtonia) - Located on entrance road leading into Testwood Court - Tree is dead - Fell and replace (Retrospective application)

Single storey detached garden outbuilding for use as store and new tree planting (Retrospective)

This is a retrospective application for the removal of 1 x tree to the rear garden of 351 Uxbridge Road as per recent emailed correspondence with Colin Rowland on 07-09-21.

T1: Oak - Full canopy reduction, removing 4-5m of growth t reduce sail area and the end weight on the remaining limbs. Weight reduction on the opposing (to the one that failed) large limb by selectively removing secondary branches which developed in multitude from the previous heavy reduction. The pruning works have been discussed and agreed with the Tree Service Manager (Mr Dale Mortimer) and the application it is retrospective because the pruning was considered urgent.
