TPO 637: G1 -Take the group of Sycamore Trees down as they are too close to the flats behind, and they have been badly pruned before. G2 -Take down the small group of Sycamore Trees, which are overhanging the main road G3 - Take down the group of Sycamore Trees by the main gate.

The tree is at the entry to our home and is in a lane very close to houses and flats and is in danger of falling. I'm wanting to remove the Tree asap as the tree is dead so it is at high risk of falling on a property or a person and want to act asap.

Oak (T22) - reduce height by 3 metres, reshape in proportion - branches now very close to flats. TPO 86/A/14

Tulip tree (T1) - reduce by 3-4 metres (approx. to previous pruning points) remove 2 low branches growing towards flats, remove epicormic shoots from trunk and main branches - cyclical maintenance - history of subsidence in this corner of the block.

Two dead trees in danger of falling. Possibly subject of a Tree Preservation Order. Both trees are at the road side of Sandgate House. It is not intended to plant new trees as they would be too close to the building line and the flats have suffered from subsidence through trees in the past.
