The side boundary (approx. 30m) of the property borders Network Rail land and there are a number of trees here severely overhanging the entire garden and causing damage to the property including the drain pipes, roof and windows (photos sent by resident will be attached). Network Rail would like permission to reduce the trees along the boundary fenceline so that they no longer overhang the property and cause damage.
