Tree number - T1 TPO: CH07 Tree type - Lime (Tillia x europea) Approx Height - 15m Location - Rear garden, Left hand boundary. Service - Pollard Work required- Reduce and shape height to around 7m (height of clients roof). Prune remaining crown by upto 1m to shape. Remove epicormic growth from base of stem. Reason - As per customers wishes, to reduce target area in adverse weather conditions and reduce future maintenance.

Trees overhanging neighbours boundary from Network Rail land interfering with shed and fence. Neighbour would like us to trim these back to our fenceline so that they do not damage the shed roof of fencing. The work will be minimal cutting this back so that it does not overhang.

The side boundary (approx. 30m) of the property borders Network Rail land and there are a number of trees here severely overhanging the entire garden and causing damage to the property including the drain pipes, roof and windows (photos sent by resident will be attached). Network Rail would like permission to reduce the trees along the boundary fenceline so that they no longer overhang the property and cause damage. This work will be undertaken by qualified contractors under the supervision of Network Rail and we will not reduce the trees any more than necessary. TPO Ref: 749 W24
