Rear garden: T1 - Yew tree - Crown reduce by no more than 1.5m in height and no more than 1.0m in lateral spread. T2 - Willow tree (tree owned by no.5) - Reduce the branches that overhang the boundary by no more than 3.0m

T1 Prunus (x1) - Reduce height by 1-2m and width by 50cm. T2 Holly (x1) - over boundary - Thin overhanging canopy by 20%.

T2-Callery Pear - reduce crown height by approx. 2.5-3m and sides by approx. 1.25m. Thin by 20% and ensure clearance from neighbouring Cotoneaster. T3 Cotoneaster Trim back all aspects of crown to create a tight and tidy shape. Cut back neighbouring side to boundary. T4 Plum- reduce crown by approx. 1.25m and remove deadwood.

G1 Ash Group - reduce lateral branches back to boundary or suitable points removing up to 3m and removing deadwood where suitable.

T1 & T2 Spruce & Pine - Remove all deadwood; raise/lift crowns to 4-5m above ground level; prune to clear building by 3m. T3 Bay Tree - Crown reduction to previous pruning points (1.80m above ground); cutback from garden boundary brick wall to allow 60cm clearance. T4 Pear Tree - Crown reduction to previous height. T5 Holly Tree - Cut down and remove dead tree
