Rear T1 - Yew tree, to allow for new rear extension suggested works are to remove tree with stump.

We would like to reduce the crown of two trees in the back garden of 18 Grange Park, they extend over several neighbouring gardens all of which have asked it to be trimmed. Tree 2 is the largest tree at the rear, Tree 1 is smaller and nearest to the house.hes are on plan and pictures enclosed.

Rear T1 - Ash (Fraxinus excelsior), semi-mature tree, suggested works are to fell to ground level by sectional take down. The home owner has planning application for a rear extension to the property and the trees proximity to the proposed works was flagged up by the surveyor and architect. A replacement tree of a more suitable species will be planted in the garden after the works are completed.
