Robinia pseudoacacia Tree is now taller than the house and the roots are disturbing the drains in a neighbouring property. It has been planted next the front garden wall, which has now become unsafe. We propose to reduce the height by one third.

Eucalyptus (T9) - Fell. (The tree is contributing to the subsidence damage at Flats 17, 18 & 19 Hamilton Court. The tree is located at the neighbouring property Stanbury House, 16a North Common Road). The tree works are proposed to stop the influence of the tree(s) on the soil below building foundation level and provide long term stability.

Walnut (T1) - Fell (too large for site; touching house). Ash (T2) - Fell (too large for site; damaging fence). Plum (T3) - Prune x2 limbs against fence (too large for site; damaging fence).

T2 Acer Prune a few branches away from street sign and window to house. T1 Wisteria Cut any branches above windowsill on firstfloor. T3 Mimosa Remove all deadwood and reduce remaining crown to rebalance tree. T4 Lime tree Cut to boundary.

T1 - Walnut (Juglans regia) Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by approximately 1m below most recent previous reduction points, by up to 3m in total, as tree is very close to the house and is becoming too large for its location.

G1 Eucalyptus x2, fell, very close to wall and house, they will cause damage if not removed.

Conifers at front of house adjacent to cemetery railings on the Uxbridge Road. Fast Track application for pruning due to proximity to building (less than 1 metre). As per council guidance re conservation area- Cutback from building to allow 2m clearance but the resulting pruning wounds will be no greater than 100mm.

1. There is a Dead Cherry Plum Tree in the front garden of the House, needs to be cut down/ removed, replant a new tree to grow up. See attached pictures. 2. Similarly the hedge plants in the front garden need to cut them and replant new fresh ones. See attached pictures. 3. There is a a very big oversized/ overgrown sycamore tree in the back garden of the house that needs pruning. See attached pictures.

Olive Tree:- Remove Excessive shading. Tree planted too close to house. to be replaced with more suitably sized tree.

T1 - Yew - Located in rear garden - Would like to fell. T2 - Oak - Located in rear garden - Would like to fell. T3 - Yew - Located in rear garden - Would like to fell. G1 - Leylandii Group - Located in rear garden - Would like to reduce by 50% removing no more than 3m. Reason for works - The house and garden has been untouched and unmaintained for a number of years, having been recently purchased by our client the house and garden are undergoing complete internal/external refurbishment. The garden is completely overgrown and overcrowded and they would like to landscape by clearing some of the trees in order to do this and allow more light etc for planting.
