1. Buddleia- Fell and grind out stumps 2. Prunus species Fallen- Fell and remove stump, including all loose cuttings. 3. Laurel Neighbours- reduce overhang back by approx. 2m or to midway on shed roof. Tree Height 7m and crown spread 6m (Leaving as crown spread of 4m) 4. Goat Willow x 2 Repollard to previous points. Tree Height 9m and crown spread 5m. ( Leaving a height of 6m and spread of 4m).

(T1) Lawson's Cypress(Chaemcyparis x lawsoniana)-reduce height by 4.5m to suitable union; crown lift removing lowest branches by 1.5m on outbound side (T2) Bay(Laurus nobilis)-reduce crown height by 1.5m to suitable growth points ensuring crown regrowth in rounded form; cut back from neighbouring studio to ensure 1m separation; trim back sides to ensure balance 'lollipop' shape and form (T3) Magnolia(M.soulangea -reduce crown by 25%(1m) to suitable growth points -reduce lateral branches to match, shape and balance (T4) Evergreen Magnolia(M.grandiflora)-reduce crown by 25%(1m) to suitable growth points; reduce lateral branches to allow greater clearance from T3 to match, shape and balance (T5) - Silver Birch(Betula pendula)-reduce crown by 25%(1.75m) to suitable growth points; reduce lateral branch length to match, shape and tidy (G1) - 2x Cherry Laurel(Prunus laurosiferus)- remove 2x stems close to front of bed ; remove LH stem(with trellis piece attached near shed) Overhanging rear path Various species-cut back all branch growth overhanging path by up to 1.5m incl.3x cypress trees

Rear Garden T1 Cherry Tree - Crown reduction by 1m. Final height = 5m. Final spread = 4m. T2 Pira Tree - Crown reduction by 1m laterally. T3 Plum Tree - Crown lift over shed by 1m. T4 Lime Tree - Crown reduction to previous reduction points. T5 Whitebeam Tree - Reduce laterally by 1m.

Rear garden: Hawthorn (A) - Crown lift to 2.3 metres above ground level to prevent branches fouling shed roof in next door garden (no. 30 Half Acre Road). Pruning no greater than 100mm.

Twin stem Cherry - fell because of excessive shading. Surface and buttress roots causing damage to lawns at 98 and 96 Homefarm Road. Roots also causing damage to shed and paving.

Rear Garden: 1. Two plum trees marked T1 and T2 located on the eastern side of the rear garden. In order to improve light and space in the garden, the proposed works are to: a) Fell both to ground level by section take down; and b) Grind out both stumps to approx. 300-500mm below ground level. 2. One bay laurel tree marked T3 located on the eastern side of the rear garden. This tree dominates the garden and is blocking out valuable sun light. In order to shape and contain and also to improve light and space in the garden, the proposed works are to: a) Reduce total height to between approx. 4-8 feet and reshape, reducing to suitable new growth points; and b) Remove any weak suppressed branches. 3. One fallen apple tree marked T4 located on the eastern side of the rear garden near to the shed. Suggested works are to: a) Remove fallen trunk and branches, and fell remainder to ground level; and b) Grind out stump approx. 300-500mm below ground level.

T1 - Oak, Quercus robur - located on the LHS of the rear garden, closest to the house. Reduce crown by up to 4m and lift branches away from roof of adjacent shed, creating at least 1m clearance. Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T2 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, adjacent to T1. Reduce crown by up to 4m, (the crowns of T1 and T2 grow together as a single crown). Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T3 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, approximately halfway along the LHS boundary. Reduce crown by up to 4m. Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T4 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, next in line from T3, (following the LHS boundary towards the rear boundary). Reduce crown by up to 3m, sever ivy at base of the tree's trunk, and remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter. T5 - Ash, Fraxinus excelsior - located on the LHS of the rear garden, next in line from T4, (following the LHS boundary towards the rear boundary). Reduce crown by up to 3m. Remove any dead, dying or dangerous branches above 25mm in diameter.

T1-Evergreen Magnolia(M.grandiflora) -reduce crown height by 1.5m to suitable growth points. -reduce all sides to shape, balance and tidy. T2-Magnolia(M.soulangea) -reduce crown by 20%(1m) to suitable growth points to shape to more rounded canopy line. -trim back lateral branch length to match. All above works are for routine maintenance. Below works, are encroaching the roof line of the side wall of the timber shed and roof line. T3-Nearest RH rear boundary next to shed Cypress (Cupressus) -section fell to ground level.

Ash T1: This tree needs to be drastically reduced by 1/3 all round with all deadwood being removed. It has outgrown its location and there are various dead branches that are in danger of falling. One large branch has already fallen and broken the clients shed (photo attached to application). The tree is also shedding lots of branches into neighbouring gardens.
