Yucca tree in the front garden directly in front of window, not native to this country that is seeding other sprouts on front lawn. Intended to be removed to ensure path is not lifted and to isolate roots from the rest of the lawn.

Eucalyptus tree - fell because it is growing very fast in an unsuitable position ie. at the base of the fence onto the street. As a result it is growing at an angle towards the house and being very flexible bangs against our windows whenever there is a strong wind. We would like to remove it and replace it with an ornamental cherry of about 20cm width trunk, planted a little away from the fence. We believe an indigenous tree would be more appropriate, and also one that will remain at a manageable size.

Front garden of no 10: T1Magnolia x 1(Magnolia spp) This tree has grown to close to the properties and branches are now knocking on the window keep the residence of no 12 awake throughout the night this tree is also touching the properties roof and guttering. Suggested works: - Reduce back to suitable growth points from number 12 the orchards by 1-2m.
