Minor material amendment (S.73) to vary condition 2 (Approved Plans) and remove condition 7 (Tree Monitoring Program) pursuant to planning permission reference 215982HH dated 07/12/2021 for 'Single storey rear extension and raised rear patio (following removal of existing swimming pool); conversion of garage into habitable room involving insertion of window; creation of pitched roof over existing two storey side extension; 2no. rear roof extensions; installation of four rooflights to the side roof slopes; replacement of existing steel framed windows with aluminium (crittall style) windows to front elevation; replacement of rear/side windows with PVC windows; replacement of main front door and erection of canopy porch; and creation of first floor rear terrace'. Amendments seek to removal of consented rear extension and first floor roof terrace and alterations to consented main roof layout; and to include removal of original gable to main front roof slope

Front T1 - Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastinum) Large mature tree with very wide spread crown. The tree has a large stem that has died back on the north side of the tree facing the garage which now may pose a risk. Suggested works are to lessen the branch weight and sail area by reducing and reshaping the crown by 1.5-2m to previous reduction points, cut to suitable growth points and balance crown, cuts diameters not exceeding 50mm. Remove dead wood and lift crown by 1.5m
