Tree number - T1 Tree type - Dead ivy-covered Lawson cypress Approx Height - 6m Location - Right hand boundary Service - Section dismantle Work required- Section dismantle tree to ground level. Cut stump as close to tree's current ground level as possible and leave in the ground. Reason - To prevent further damage to fence and risk of tree falling onto parked cars.

(T1) - Crab Apple (Malus sylvestris) -fell to ground level. -grind out stump to 350mm below ground level. (T2) - Broom -fell to ground level. -grind out stump to 350mm below ground level. Both have grown over the boundary and are causing structural issues to fence. Pictures attached. Front garden (T3) - Cabbage Palm (Cordyline australis) -remove all dead flower heads and dead leaves. -remove the furthermost outbound stem to the main union. All other works for routine maintenance.

T1 Magnolia: This tree has now overgrown his location, the main trunk has grown pass the boundary fence so now is not possible to put the fence back on the boundary line. we are planning to fell the tree to ground level.

T5 - Southern Magnolia - Third party tree located in 63 Murray Road - Selective branch removal to prune back away from fence line and allow clearance. Prune back away from front elevation to provide at least 1m clearance to remove contact with first and second floors. T6 - Cherry Laurel - Prune back to boundary to allow clear passage into the existing parking and that to be formed under agreed planning,. T7 - Chinese Privet - Third party tree located in 63 Murray Road - Crown of tree coming into contact with front of the building resulting in an actionable nuisance. Prune back to give 1.5m clearance from elevation. Prune back on side of number 65 by up to 1m leaving a spread to the north east of around 2 to 3m. T17 - Cherry Laurel - Third party tree located in 67 Murray Road- Undertake works to lift crown to a height of 2.5m over existing access road to garage. This will be undertake through selective branch removal and prune back to the boundary. Undertake reduction of remaining crown on side of number 65 (south east side) only by up 2m to bring back in to formal management. T23 - Lawson Cypress - Fell to continue to improve the garden and open up an area for new planting where there are already a number of trees. Tree will be replaced.

T1 Cherry (Prunus spp) Fell to ground level and remove all arisings, to facilitate installation of new fence. T2 Lilac (Syringa vulgaris) Fell to ground level and remove all arisings. T3 Common Pear (Pyrus communis) Fell to ground level and remove all arisings. T4 Common Pear (Pyrus communis) Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 1.5m. Final height. 6.5m and spread 4m. T5 Common Pear (Pyrus communis) Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 3m. Final height 9m and spread 6m. T6 Common Pear (Pyrus communis) Tree growing in neighbours garden - reduce any overhang back to the boundary, removing approx. 2m of growth. Final height unchanged at 12m and final spread 8m.

Sycamore and Ash tree identified on Network Rail land against boundary fence, next to footpath as having the following defect : Standing dead sycamore, ash with severe dieback, both marked yellow'. The recommendation is to fell the trees. TPO over whole Network Borough and all network operational land.

TREES 2,3,4,5,6 & 7 [ AS INDCIATED ON THE TPP_01B AND REFERECNED FOR TYPE & CONDITION IN TS_01] TO BE TRIMMED BACK TO BOUNDARY AS THEY ARE CURRENTLY OVERGROWN AND PROTRUDE ACROSS THE BOUNDARY FENCES ON EITHER SIDE OF THE NEW PROPERTY. ALSO REQUEST REMOVAL OF TREE 11.

I believe it is a sycamore tree - it is on Network Rail land very close to the garden fence of 82 and 84 Felix Road. The properties have complained that the tree is overgrown, overhanging their boundary, covering their garden in winged seeds. The tree is getting close to touching the properties roofs and gutters and the resident at number 82 has slipped in her garden due to the fallen leaves and seeds. The resident is extremely upset and stressed due to the tree therefore I am seeking permission for contractors on behalf of Network Rail to reduce the crown of the tree by no more than 30% so that it no longer overhangs the gardens of our neighbours.
