Non material amendment to previously approved 21/00360/VARM for Variation of condition 1 (Approved plans) and 10 (Car parking) of previously approved for the proposed development of four glasshouses, up to 15MW combined heat and power (CHP) plant, two heat storage tanks, two water storage tanks, a packing & distribution unit, cold store, irrigation room and control centre, offices, parking, surface water attenuation lagoons, upgraded access track and other ancillary development
