T1 Ash - Application to remove the tree due to structural damage to the boundary wall and excessive shading. The tree is situated immediately adjacent to the boundary wall and has caused cracking. The tree is weighted to the East and there are concerns over the stability of the tree due to constrained rooting and the stability of the wall.

G1 Mixed species trees along/adjacent rear boundary - Remove 4x trees with 7x others being cut back to provide 0.5m clearance from the existing boundary fence to a height of 2m from ground level to allow space for the fence to be replaced due to its failing condition

T1 - group of ~10 small diameter fir trees. Trees are sited on the boundary of properties at 3 Ten Bell Land and 38 Pratt Street, the latter being contained within Soham's Conservation Area. Reduction in height to approximately 1m above the fence line, which would bring it in line with hedge/trees further to the left and approximate location of previous pruning identified by existing cut branches

T1 Oak - Remove 2x lower limbs towards village hall as per annotated images T2 Beech - Cut back to boundary removing 1.5m T3 Ash - Remove smaller lower limb back to trunk, reduce large limb over hall by 2-3m T4 Ash - Reduce large lowest limb by 3-3.5m remove lowest hanging limb T5 Sycamore - Raise crown to 5m from ground level T6 Horse Chestnut - Cut back to boundary removing 1.5m T7 Sycamore - Remove to ground level to benefit slower growing specimens of higher importance

T1 Yew - Crown reduce by 1.5 metres in height and spread, and prune back to boundary to East of canopy.

T1 Yew Tree - Remove due to cracks in boundary wall (no photos of cracks provided)

T1 Group of Lawson and Leyland Cypress (some leaning) - Remove all T2 Cherry Laurel - Reduce crown back to boundary line on street side tidying previous poor cuts and blend/shape into remaining canopy

T1 Ash - Fell to ground. Low amenity and aesthetic value, weak basal union, concern over shading and property damage from roots and expanding crown. Propose to replant with Yew on boundary with No. 3 Church road in keeping with property. T2 Ash - Fell to ground. Very poor-quality tree under power lines with major stem decay. Remove to allow Yew T3 to flourish. T3 Yew - Prune to clear powerlines by 2m, crown lift to 3m above driveway, trim and reshape crown following removal of T2 and reduce road overhang by 2m. T4 Yew - Prune yew to 2m from powerlines, remove poor stem nearest roadside to allow remaining stem to flourish. T5 Yew - Prune to clear powerlines by 2m T6 Sycamore - Prune to clear power lines by 2m, crown raise to 4m above driveway, reduce crown spread over road and driveway by 2m, retaining tree shape and balance. T7 Horse Chestnut - Crown raise above barn, removing back to boundary line retaining shape and balance to tree. T8 Ash - Crown raise to 3m above buildings, remove dead wood and reduce crown spread over paved area, buildings and garden by 2m, retaining tree shape and balance. T9 Sycamore - Crown raise to 3m above buildings, remove dead wood and reduce crown spread over paved area, buildings and garden by 2m, retaining tree shape and balance

T1-T6 Limes - Re-pollard to previous/suitable pruning points. Done roughly every 5 years and has been consented in the past. Two of the trees grow over onto a neighbouring property. The other four line the garden adjacent to the main drive. T7 - Conifer - Section fell to ground level and remove stump. Large conifer (Approx. 30ft) has outgrown its space and is right up against a boundary wall with adjoining outhouses

G1- 2x Maple- Sympathetically crown lift to avoid damage to gravestones to a height of 2 meters, remove deadwood and split hanging branches. T2- Self Set Ash (ivy covered, close to boundary wall) - Remove to ground level and treat to prevent regrowth to prevent damage to boundary wall.
