Add dormer to rear, 3 roof windows to front and convert loft area. Construction of first floor rear extension and upgrade rear flat roof and add roof light. Convert existing garage and add car port to left hand side of dwelling. Add ground floor window to right hand side and first floor window to front elevation of dwelling
