G1 Elder, Holly and Laurel - Fell to ground level. Specimens are too large for their environment, dominating the space and intruding on neighbouring properties. The Elder and Holly were both self-set. G2 Elder and mixed shrub species - Elder to fell to ground level, specimen is self-set. Mixed shrubs trim and re-shape. Work is part of garden tidy and remodelling.

Additional first floor entrance, remodelling of first floor to include office space, installation of steel external staircase and to convert former scheme managers flat into additional unit of accommodation
