A - Laburnum - This tree is planted close to the house (c 2 m) and overshadows the kitchen and dining room windows significantly. We are also concerned about the poisonous seeds and the many seedlings that it produces as we have a young grandchild and our neighbours also have young children. We had previously been given permission to prune this but have now decided that it is inappropriate in this location. B - Leylandii hedging belonging to 4 The Paddock, CB6 1TP. We propose to cut this outgrown hedge back to our property boundary. It overshadows our garden by about 3 m and greatly restrict what we can grow in its shade.

T1 Sycamore, Location: Top of driveway, near to the road. Removal of lower limbs extending over the driveway of the house and obstructing deliveries from high-sided vehicles. T2-4 x3 Lime Trees. Location: LHS of driveway on western boundary. Remove as low amenity value, roots breaking up surface of driveway. Possible damage to adjacent property. Possible replant of smaller, ornamental trees. T5-6 x2 Conifers. Location: Lower end of driveway on eastern side. Trees to be topped by 40-50% and pruned to shape. T7-9 x3 Conifers. Location: Eastern boundary close to the house. Trees to be topped by 40-50%. Potential hazard to dwelling. Storm damage to upper limbs of one of the trees. T10 Walnut, Location southern end of rear garden. Removal of x2 lower limbs that are out of balance with rest of tree.

T1 Lime over house - cut back 2x lowest limbs to previous points and reduce upper overhanging branches by up to 3m to suitable growth points. T2 Ash overhanging garden - Reduce branches back to the boundary or nearest suitable growth point. T3 Lime over parking area - Reduce overhanging branches by 2-3m to suitable growth points.

T1 Sweet Chestnut - Prune to provide approximately 2.5 metres clearance from adjacent house (83 Paddock Street). Remove the epicormic growth from the Sweet Chestnut tree that would be expected to encroach upon the boundary of no.83.

T1 Robinia - Remove any dead wood and crown lift to 4mtrs, Reduce the height by approximately 4mtrs and the lateral spread of the side branches by approximately 4mtrs on all sides. Tree is a large specimen close to the house. T2 Mirabelle tree - Crown lift the overhang to a height of 3mtrs over garden. Tree is suppressed by T1, this work is required to stop it becoming misshapen. G3 Yew tree and Lilac tree - Crown lift the overhang back to the boundary of garden. T4 Prunus - Reduce the height and spread of the tree on the East side only by 1.5mtrs required to reduce the weight of the specimen on the shed below. T5 Euonymus - Trim 1.5mtr from the top and tiding the sides to suit, required to retain at a size that does not cause nuisance to neighbouring property.
