1. Elm trees x2 - Fell to ground level as dead / dying. Due to Dutch Elm Disease and being roadside. 2. Walnut tree - Reduce lateral branches overhanging the road and garden/house by 4m. and 3m respectively. This tree is significantly overhanging both the road and the domestic property proposed pruning to mitigate these risks and to retain a balanced shape to the tree. 3. Sycamore - Remove two lower branches, one of which has suffered damage from passing vehicles, to reduce road overhang, mitigate safety concerns and vehicular damage risk. 4. Silver Birch - Remove three lower branches to reduce road overhang, mitigate safety concerns and vehicular damage risk. 5. Cherry Laurel - Reduce the height to 2.5m in order to reduce excessive garden shading and risk from branches being shed. 6. Prunus x2 - Pollard to 3.5m. One of these two trees lost a significant branch earlier in 2022 and the tree has suffered a significant split at a height of 4.0m which is likely to cause further branches to fail. The second tree to be pollarded to match. 7. Conifer - Removal to ground level. 8. Ash - Remove a lower limb/fork which, is considered at risk of cleaving with consequent splitting of the remainder of the trunk, potentially allowing disease to infect the remainder, as well as to reduce excessive shading. If this limb were to fall it would destroy a garden shed as well as damaging other trees/shrubs beneath. In addition, reduce the crown height by 6m (cutting to growth points) as well as removal of laterals which are significantly overhanging the neighbouring property.

G1 Silver Birch, Holly Tree, False Acacia - Cut down to clear space for summer house/shed

T1 Ash - Fell, due to excessive shading T2 Ash x2 - Fell, due to previous house owner building garages and sheds around the tree; floor and roof of structures are now lifting which is unsafe T3 Wild plumb - Reduce to 2.5 meters. Currently these are standing at approximately 5/6 meters high and we're unable to access the fruit. T4 & T5 Apple Tree - Reduce to 2.5 m as advised by arborist T6 Sycamore - Reduce spread only by up to 3 meters and raise crown al round to 5m from ground level; the gardens on North Street are extremely narrow meaning that the shade from this tree reaches the entire width of the garden. T7 Apple Tree - Reduce to 2.5 m as advised by arborist

T1 Robinia - Remove any dead wood and crown lift to 4mtrs, Reduce the height by approximately 4mtrs and the lateral spread of the side branches by approximately 4mtrs on all sides. Tree is a large specimen close to the house. T2 Mirabelle tree - Crown lift the overhang to a height of 3mtrs over garden. Tree is suppressed by T1, this work is required to stop it becoming misshapen. G3 Yew tree and Lilac tree - Crown lift the overhang back to the boundary of garden. T4 Prunus - Reduce the height and spread of the tree on the East side only by 1.5mtrs required to reduce the weight of the specimen on the shed below. T5 Euonymus - Trim 1.5mtr from the top and tiding the sides to suit, required to retain at a size that does not cause nuisance to neighbouring property.
