T1 Horse Chestnut - Remove due to the presence of Ganoderma austral (Southern bracket) as causes selective white rot and is located within falling distance of dwellings. Replace with heavy standard Beech tree

T1 Walnut tree - Reduce the entire crown by up to 3mtrs and shape to clear the dwellings by 2mtrs. Remove any dead wood and Crown lift to 4mtrs over the gardens and 5mtrs over both patio's. To avoid damage to the buildings and enable better use of gardens.
