A Certificate of Lawfulness of Existing Use or Development is sought in respect of the garage at Oak Farm Barn, Kirtling including the development and use of the garage which was not in accordance with the approved plans (LPA Ref. 03/00133/FUL), the conversion of part of the garage to provide additional ancillary living accommodation and associated development, and the installation of photovoltaic panels
