G1 4x Conifer - Remove as outgrown location resulting in damage to boundary fence and blocking light from garden.

T1- Sycamore- Prune back canopy overhanging to property of 8 Walnut Close back to fence line and up to full height

T1, T2, T3 Ginkgo Biloba - Crown lift on garden/property side to 3.5m to clear building and provide additional clearance over fence line

T1 Eucalyptus - Re Pollard to previous points to be carried out on an ongoing 2-3 year Cycle. T2 Maple - Reduce height to previous points approximately 2 m tall. T3 Prunus - Fell. T4 Hazel - Reduce height to fence height. T5 Prunus - Crown reduce by approximately 1-2 metres. T6 Cherry - Fell. T7 & T8 Quince Crown Reduce by approximately 1 metre. T9 & T10 Holly - Fell. T11 Laurel - Fell.

T1 Large Yew - Remove due to It blocking light, draining the soil of nutrients, pushing the fence between ourselves and our neighbours over and producing a lot of pollen in summer which is causing real problems with allergies. T2 Holly - Lower height of tree

G1 Mixed species trees along/adjacent rear boundary - Remove 4x trees with 7x others being cut back to provide 0.5m clearance from the existing boundary fence to a height of 2m from ground level to allow space for the fence to be replaced due to its failing condition

T1 - group of ~10 small diameter fir trees. Trees are sited on the boundary of properties at 3 Ten Bell Land and 38 Pratt Street, the latter being contained within Soham's Conservation Area. Reduction in height to approximately 1m above the fence line, which would bring it in line with hedge/trees further to the left and approximate location of previous pruning identified by existing cut branches

G1 Mixed Species approx. 35m - Fell to ground level all vegetation and treat to prevent regrowth up to bottom of fence and or hard side back to ensure a 1.5-2m clearance to the road. No trees above 200mm to be removed. These works are requested by milestone for Highway clearance and visibility from the junction.

G1 Laurel, Elder and mixed scrub trees - Remove all to near ground level and remove all arisings from site. Grind out the stumps to prevent any potential regrowth. Stumps to be poisoned where they cannot be ground out due to emanating from hard surfacing or near fence posts, retaining walls or concrete shed bases.

H1 Conifer hedge rear garden left boundary - Fell to ground level. grind out stumps to make way for new fence. The client would like the hedge to put a fence in place to stop the dogs from getting out.
