T1 Sycamore- Reduce to previous reduction points (removing 4.5 meters of growth) to maintain this tree in its current location. T2 Cherry- Reduce to previous reduction points (removing 2 meters of growth) to maintain this tree in its current location. T3 Weeping Birch- Remove to ground level due to severe decay at the base. G4 2x Apple trees- Reduce in height by 30% (70cms-1m) and shape, remove major deadwood and crossing branches due to Inonotus hispidus being present on both trees. T5 Hawthorn- Remove as close to ground level as is reasonably possible due to close proximity to fence and electricity cables.

T1 Tamarisk - Remove two large branches one over rear garden fence the other resting on neighbour shed roof as concerned that they could cause damage if they break.

This application is for ONGOING CONSENT to the trees listed below T1- Twisted Willow. Pollard annually (or bi-annually depending on annual rate of growth) down to a height of between 4 and 5 feet. This work will manage the size and retain the ornamental value/feature of the twisted branches. T2- Plum tree. This is a fan-trained tree and needs annual pruning to retain the shape, size and ensure production of fruit T3- Greengage tree. T4 - Apple tree- this is a small, old apple tree that requires annual pruning to retain shape, size and ensure production of fruit T5 - Apple tree- this is a small, old apple tree that requires annual pruning to retain shape, size and ensure production of fruit. T6a and T6b - 2 Yew trees planted & trained to form an arch, height and width reduction on an annual basis. T 7 and T8 - 2 small Apple trees fan trained. Need annual pruning to retain shape, size and ensure fruit production. T9 and T10- 2 Sycamore trees in 78 Station Road up against the boundary fence. 2 years ago these trees were reduced significantly by the tree owners. In the 2 years since pruning re-growth has been rapid from the main trunk. These hang over into 86 Station Road, significantly reducing sunlight reaching the established fruit and vegetable beds in 86 Station Road reducing productivity. The branches will soon be over/touching/leaning onto the roof of the potting shed in 86 Station Road and could damage the roof. This application is for annual (or bi-annual depending on the rate of growth) removal of re-growth (to the boundary) coming from the main trunk up to a height of approx 10 feet from ground level

T1 Field maple, 9cm dia at 1.5m - Remove self seeded field maple on fence line, too close to neighbouring garage, and other tree. T2 Leylandii, 21cm dia at 1.5m - Remove Leylandii, previously cut to 4m height, too big for location behind sheds.

T1Ash - Remove as has split down the trunk as well as showing signs of ash die back. It is situated in the back garden along the perimeter fence. As we are currently having building work carried out on the property and will be having the garden completely landscaped where new trees will be planted. We will be taking advice from a landscape gardener on what types of trees we can plant.

T1 Conifer - Removal to increase light for surrounding trees and plants T2 Eucalyptus - Remove due to concern as to stability in recent winds and possible damage to nearby greenhouse. The property also backs onto the school and they are worried that if it does fall damage could be done to the fence and possibly harm anyone on the other side of the fence. T3 Conifer - Remove as low amenity value, blocking light into shed, getting difficult to maintain. Concerned it will get much bigger.
