T3 Holm Oak - Crown lift to give 1.5m clearance over garage. Crown thin by 30% to reduce weight and wind resistance and so reduce risk of failure. T5 Laburnum - Remove major dead wood. T6 Holm Oak - Remove major dead wood and crown thin 20- 30%. T8 Beech - Prune to clear house by 2-2.5m, remove major dead wood and where applicable crossing branches. T10 Catalpa - Prune to clear building by approximately 2m, thin out epicormic regrowth from previous pruning by 50-70% and crown lift to 2.25m. Also remove adjacent Sycamore seedlings.

T1 Oak - Reduce crown by 2m-3m as shading and overhanging roof house and to rear of garage concerns re falling branches.
