T1 Cherry tree - The tree is diseased and at risk of falling onto the property - it is adjacent to our dining room window. The trunk is breaking, with large fungus growths and in very poor condition - was planted by us at least 10 years ago.

A - Laburnum - This tree is planted close to the house (c 2 m) and overshadows the kitchen and dining room windows significantly. We are also concerned about the poisonous seeds and the many seedlings that it produces as we have a young grandchild and our neighbours also have young children. We had previously been given permission to prune this but have now decided that it is inappropriate in this location. B - Leylandii hedging belonging to 4 The Paddock, CB6 1TP. We propose to cut this outgrown hedge back to our property boundary. It overshadows our garden by about 3 m and greatly restrict what we can grow in its shade.

T1 Laurel - Remove to ground level. T2 Bay - Reduce to wall height and hedge cut sides keeping green. T3 Pear - Reduce in height by 3 meters. T4 Yew - Remove to ground level. G4 Group of Yews - Reduce in height to top aspect of the neighbours windows, reduce laterals that are growing Easterly from the Northerly leg of the yews. T5 Cotoneaster - Remove to ground level. T6 Elderberry - Remove to ground level. T7 Prunus - Reduce and shape by 1.5-2 meters, crown thin by 25%. T8 Maple - Remove to ground level. T9 Crab Apple - Remove to ground level. T10 Cherry Laurel - Remove to ground level. T11 Holly - Reduce top leader by 2 meters, formative prune by a maximum of 1 meter keeping a screen. T12 Walnut - Reduce top and middle crown of the large lateral heading over the wall by a maximum of 1.5 meters. T13 Laurel - Pollard to approximately 1 meter in height. T14 Prunus - Remove to ground level. All of the above work is to minimize damage to boundary wall and out buildings and improve form of trees and shrubs.

T1 Pittosporum - Crown lift to 2.5mtrs and reduce back from the dwelling. Shrub has become a large specimen and due to its proximity to the house and window it considerably reduces the light into the room. T2 Cotoneaster - Reduced by approximately 50% of its current dimensions and reshape. Shrub has become a large specimen, too large for its environment. This work is necessary to improve the appearance and its size and shape going forward.
