T1 & T2 Beech : To carry out a crown lift to approximately 3m above ground level. T1 : Target prune the larger limbs on the rear of T1 (as looking from the rear of 3 Old Home farm). Reduce the lateral length by approximately 4 - 5m.

Change of agricultural use to allotments, wild flower meadow, tree planting and additional car parking for allotment holders.

T2 - London Plane - To reduce lowest laterals on eastern aspect to achieve a 3m clearance from the adjacent property (Manor Farm House) and a 1m clearance from BT line. To crown lift to give a 5m clearance from public highway. To crown lift western aspect to give a 2.5m clearance from ground level. Target pruning cuts of up to 75mm T3 - Walnut - To crown lift to achieve a 5m clearance above the public highway, target pruning cuts of up to 50mm. To reduce lowest primary branch end (southern aspect) by approx 4-5m, target pruning cut of 150mm and reduce secondary branch end (southern aspect) by approx 2m, target pruning cut of 75mm, in order to separate the crowns of the Walnut and the London Plane. To remove lowest branch on western aspect to branch collar, pruning cut of 150mm T4 - Ginkgo - To crown lift to acheive a 5m clearance above the public highway, target pruning cuts of up to 50mm
