Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 22/1065/FUL (Demolition of single garage and store, construction of replacement garage with leisure facility above and associated landscaping) to remove eucalyptus tree and replace it with more suitable species.

Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans), 5 (landscaping), 9 (parking layout) and 11(tree protection measures) of application 12/2118/FUL (Construction of 6no. dwellings and separation of annexe to create 7th dwelling) to reflect variations to approved design and site layout relating to parking and cycle/refuse storage.

Construction of tree-house

T1 - Monterey Cypress: Replace steel cable with 3-way static brace between stems. Brace to be comprised of 12mm wire rope (7x19 construction) secured to custom made braces (in brown) rated to 14,000kg T2 - Monterey Cypress: Reduce spread of canopy to south and south west by 3m so that branches will not reach wall if tree fails. Reduce canopy to north by removing 3 or 4 branches which would impact wall if tree falls to south west. See attached arb report
