External and internal alterations including replacement windows, removal of doors and windows, creation of new openings ,new slate roof, replacing the existing brick slips with brick reveals, removal of staircase and partitions and construction of new relocated staircase and partitions walls, retention of Oak post either end of beams in dining room.
