T1, Sycamore tree : remove overhanging branches on boundary of property by 5m, maximum diameter cuts (MDC) of 120mm (almost flush with main stem). T2, Elm/Alder trees : remove overhanging branches on boundary of property, MDC of 120mm (almost flush with main stem). T3, Elm/Alder trees : remove overhanging branches on boundary of property, MDC of 120mm (almost flush with main stem). T4 Elm/Alder trees : remove overhanging branches on boundary of property, MDC of 120mm (almost flush with main stem).

T5: Turkey Oak - reduce canopy by 3m over no.18's back to boundary with cuts taken back to growth points, no larger than 75mm diameter.

T1, Beech: crown lift to approximately 4m from ground level along the internal boundary; target prune the higher limbs that are encroaching into the property back in by 3 - 4m. Prune the lower limbs over the road. T2, Beech: crown reduction by approximately 30%: up to 4m from tip of crown with maximum diameter cuts of 120mm; crown lift to approximately 3m.

G1, Sycamore, Hazel, Willow and Holly along the NW boundary : coppice various stems on the SE aspect and reduce the remaining crowns to a height varying between 3 and 5 metres.

T1, Ash : dbh. 76cm, pollard at the highest suitable pollard points, just above the previous historical pollarding points, with as small as is possible targeted pruning cuts. T2, Horse chestnut : dbh 1.2m. Reduce crown growing to the north by no more than 2.5m. Maximum diameter of pruning cut 75mm. T3, Lime : dbh 60cm Remove deadwood on property side, along with pruning back the branches by up to 1.5m, off of the neighbouring South side boundary roof, with maximum pruning cuts of no more than 75mm. T4, Strawberry/Red horse Chestnut tree : dbh 60cm. Thin the crown by up to 15% with pruning cuts of up to no more than 50mm.

T1, Copper Beech : approximately 20 metres high, reduce height by 2 metres as concerned about proximity to our boundary wall with neighbours, possible damage. T2, Ash: Fell showing signs of ash dieback also situated on our boundary wall with neighbours, concerned about possible damage. T3, Copper Beech: Approximately 20 metres high, reduce by 2 metres; reduction due to proximitiy to our dwelling and takes full south westerly prevailing winds. T4, Ash: Fell, showing signs of ash dieback and in striking distance of dwelling.

T1 Willow tree: Tree has split and fallen over boundary line. Cut back the crown over hanging the boudary. T2 Ash tree: Crown lift the ash tree by removing the marked brances in image 4 and 5. Cut back to boundary to alleviate the issue.

G1, G2 Elms, Field Maples and Sycamores : Prune and trim back in line with the existing stone boundary wall alongside Exeter Road and the public footpath; crown lift to 4 metres above the public footpath. Fell all dead & dying Elm. T1, Cupressus Macrocarpa Conifer : Fell. T2, Oak : Prune 2 branches of the north eastern aspect in the mid to upper crown by up to 2.5m making 2 x natural target pruning cuts of approximately 100 mm. Reasons for the works are vehicle, public and pedestrian safety and to maintain the health, safety and amenity value of all the trees.

T1. Ash. This tree is infected with Ganoderma applanatum and Inonotus hispidus, these bracket fungi are evidence along with the lack of foliage in the canopy that the tree's base is decaying, the tree has previously shed a large codominant leader, so we are applying to have the tree dismantled and removed, due to it's proximity to high traffic and foot fall. T2 Horse chestnut. This multi stemmed tree we seek to prune back the branches by up to 1.5m, off, of the neighbouring South side boundary roof, with maximum pruning cuts of no more than 75mm. T3 Lime. Remove deadwood on property side, along with pruning back the branches by up to 1.5m, off of the neighbouring South side boundary roof, with maximum pruning cuts of no more than 75mm. T4 Strawberry/Red horse Chestnut tree. This tree has significant decay at the base on the SW side, after using a nylon hammer I was able to conclude that the decay is more extensive than is visually evident and as such, I would like to thin the crown by up to 15% with pruning cuts of up to no more than 75mm, to lessen the sail effect and chances of future failure.
