Change of use (from class sui generis) to (use classes B8, E, F1) and proposed internal alterations, flat roof and pitched roof repairs/upgrades and creation of a single parking space.

Proposal for replacement windows and doors throughout, reinstatement of 2 doorways in north and south elevations and creation of 2 new doorways in 20th century extension. Infill existing entrance to west elevation and demolish rear porch and single storey garage extension on east elevation. Including retention of the first floor ceilings, alterations to 20th century partitions and replacement of damaged external cement render with lime as retrospective works.

Demolition of rear single storey 1970s extension, replaced with vaulted rear extension with timber louvres and slate & sedum roof; internal alterations including re-location of staircase, changes to first floor bathroom and bedroom layout, change of fenestration at first floor level; external changes include replacement of cement render with lime on some areas of the exposed walls, and construction of a new patio area with stone walls

Construction of 2 storey rear extension, replacement of single storey link extension on North Elevation and raising of chimney. Rethatching of main house and outbuilding, internal and external alterations and repairs.

Removal of all kitchen furniture and re-purposing of room to a study. Create doorway in north/west wall with steps to allow access to proposed new link/extension, minor staircase alterations, relocation of bathroom door and window.

Internal alterations including underground excavation operations to enlarge the living space, removal of internal wall and re-positioning of fireplace.

Works to rear east elevation to include: replace roof and install rooflight on (primary lean-to); remove existing (secondary lean-to) and construct new extension; replace render on (primary lean-to); replace 1no. window on (primary lean-to) south elevation; elevation and replace guttering and downpipe on main house on south and east elevation and internal alterations to ground floor layout
