Various works to existing (south) elevation extension to include: to remove the render from the internal original wall, examine the timber frame & brick infill and carry out required remedial work; removal of the polycarbonate sheeting and roof structure and replaced with a standing seam zinc roof including a breathable membrane and insulation; the roof to include 3 Nº fixed rectangular roof lights, 3 Nº triangular fixed roof lights and 2 Nº opening roof lights; to replace 12 Nº glazed casement units; to replace 2 Nº existing french windows and one existing single door including frames; construct a new single door and frame as shown on the drawings; to remove and replace the existing guttering, including the addition of another down pipe and associated soak away; to re-render the existing internal timber framed wall (slake lime slurry scat coat, 2 slake lime haired dubbing coats, 3 slake lime haired flattening coats and 4 double pass of ultra fine regency lime plaster); to plaster the inner face of the conservatory dwarf wall and render the external face to match the render on the existing property; to redecorate using the same palette of colour as used on the existing property.
