T1 - Sycamore, crown reduce by 3m, MDC 75mm T2 - Cherry, crown reduce by 1-2m, MDC 50mm T3 - Holly, Trim low foliage away from roof, MDC 25mm Reason for works: T1 is particularly large and dominant over neighbouring garden, some limbs are significantly long and heavy - reduce to alleviate weight stresses T2 is a large specimen tree for its location, main union at 1m above ground level is showing signs of stress, reduce to prevent limb breakage and preserve the shape and amenity value of the tree. T3 is growing adjacent to nearby garage and is touching the roof, trim to gain clearance.

T001, Western Red Cedar: fell to ground level. (Located within 2.5m from the property.) T002, Western Red Cedar: Fell to ground level. (Located within 2m of the property.) T003, Scots Pine: Fell to ground level. (Located against garage/workshop.)

T1: Oak - pruning of two minor, lowest limbs on the south side of the canopy which are encroaching on the neighbouring garage roof; max. length of cut 2m and max. dia. cut 4cm.

T1, Walnut : Raise crown over garage roof to give 1.5m clearance. T2, Sycamore : Fell

T5, Oak : Crown lift to no more than 4m above ground level by end tipping; maximum diameter of cuts (MDC) no more than 50mm; reduce lateral crown growing to the west by no more than 1.5m to ensure clearance of between 1 to 1.5m from the garage as per the attached photograph; MDC 50mm.

T1 - Small sycamore under the large oak tree (marked with a red identifying spot): Fell G2 - Cherry and Sycamore, growing together, overhanging the garage (marked with red spots): Fell G3 - Two Sycamore trees (marked with red spots): Fell G6 - Two groups of multistemmed sycamore trees (marked with red spots): Fell T7 - Oak: Prune back the lateral branches overhanging the garden by up to two metres (diameter cut size of up to 10 cm). G8 - Area of many medium sized Sycamore trees, running the length of property boundary: Reduce to 6 feet high. Cut the area coppice hazel immediately infront of the trees to ground level.

T1, Norway Maple : Dismantle to near ground level T2, Cornelian Cherry : Crown reduce by up to 1m, maximum diameter of cuts (MDC) 20mm T3, Ash : Remove lowest south easterly branch overhanging garage and neighbouring property "Beechcroft", MDC 125mm. Prune adjacent limb to the south by 1.5m, MDC 25mm Reason for works: T1 is not a suitable species for its location, has been pruned multiple times and is considered too big and ungainly for future management. T2 is to contain and to favour the younger Dawyck Beech adjacent. T3 is significantly overhanging the garage and property "Beechcroft", removal of its lowest south easterly limb and to prune the adjacent limb to reduce exposure after limb removal is considered appropriate management of the mature tree and would have little significance for the tree or its amenity value.

Holm Oak : Reduce to gain 1.5 metres clearance of garage. Bay : Trim adjacent Bays. Elder : Fell to give room to adjacent Yew and Holm Oak. Cut horizontal main stem at 0.5 metres from base.

T1 Ash : DBH 12 to15 inches; pollard to suitable pruning points around 5.5m from ground level to allow more light to properties and allow more space between tree and garage next door

T1- Cypress Leylandii - Fell in order to open up some space around it for the other trees. T2- Purple Plum - fell because it's dead T3- beech - Remove lowest limb heading over the garage to give a 1.5 meter clearance
