T1, oak : reduce branches over neighbouring garden to clear roof by 2m by pruning to a suitable second order branch. Reduce branches over roof of Oak Cottage to clear 2m by pruning to a suitable second order branch. Re-shape remainder of crown by reduction of 1-2m to leave a natural form.

Horse chestnut reduction - Reduce by 2m only on the east side of the tree leaning over the roof of the house. Cut to suitable growth points to preserve health and form of the tree, thinning and dead wooding will also be carried out where necessary.

T1, Lime: (1) crown reduction by 2/3m to reduce canopy level; (2) Growth since last application; (3) General thinning due to light loss in upstairs lounge window; (4) To remove and lop branches close to building to reduce likelyhood of damage to slate roof/guttering etc.

T1, Holm Oak : crown lift over garage by removing first 4 secondary branches from limb over roof.

G1: Group of Oak - trim back branches to create a 1.5 - 2m clearance along roof and around chimney breast of 63 Beer Road. Western crown reduction of 1 - 1.5m and crown lift to 2.5m, above and along driveway of no. 63.

T1: Himalayan cedar, prune 2 - 3m off the lower branch ends to a height of approximately 5m to include the branch ends that are over the property roof ; prune the lower limbs that are close to the street lamppost taking back by approx. 1m - 1.5m; ensuring that the pruning is targeted and sympathetic to the shape and health of the tree.

G1, Various Beech, Ash, Lime and Field Maple trees - crown lift to approximately 4m over road & reduce overhanging branches by up to 2m in length. MDC 50mm. D1, D2, Dead Elm - Fell. D3, Dead Ash - Fell. T1,Multi-stemmed Ash - Reduce branches growing over football club roof by no more than2m in length, MDC 50 mm. T2, Chamaecyparis Elwoodii Conifer - remove 1 leaning branch MDC 50 mm. Reasons for all works are to maintain the health of the trees and to maintain the health and safety of both the public and road users as these are highly frequented areas.

T1. Oak tree. On southern side of crown (house side) remove lowest stem which grows over roof back to primary stem. Crown raise and side prune oak limbs on Southern side of crown to achieve a 3 m clearance from property by prunning back to suitable growth points as per BS3998. Crown lift over driveway to achieve a ground clearance of approx 3m.

T1, Cedrus atlantica Glauca : Reduce extended branches by up to 2 metres ( maximum) to eleviate stress on previously pruned branches; formative prune tree to restore the specimens natural form / shape after historical pruning; crown raise over the neighbouring property to give a 3 metre clearance from the roof; the works aim to prevent further failure and will not have a negative impact on the trees visual amenities
