Tree 1, Turkey oak : Crown reduce the low lateral branch gowning to the north by up to 5 meters making two pruning cuts of approximately 50mm in diameter. Remove one 50mm diameter branch growing to the west. Tree 2, Turkey oak : Remove 4 x branches of around 5cm diameter x 6m long; plus, 1 low branch over hanging the public walkway - again around 5cm in diameter x 6m long. Tree 3, Turkey oak : Remove the very low branches resting on the fence /shed (around 5 branches at 5cm diameter x 2m long)

T1, holly: fell. Reason dead. T2, cherry: fell. Reason suppressed, poor form. T3, oak: remove branch over shed. Row 1: Leyland cypress hedge - remove. T4, oak: remove dead branch and shorten back long low branch over neighbour's garden by approximately 2m to a suitable second order branch. T5, Douglas fir: remove dead wood over 75mm.

T1, Scots Pine : Fell. T2, Oak : Crown lift to approximately 4m above ground level MDC 25 mm. T3, Lime : Prune and crown lift all branches to approximately 1m above the apex of the storage shed MDC 25 mm. T4, Scots Pine : Remove 1 x windblown and hung up branch. T5, Beech : Reduce and prune all branches in the north east aspect of the crown which is growing out over the public highway by reducing 3 - 4 branches making 1 pruning cut 100 mm. in diameter and to various branches maximum 25 mm. in diameter. T6, Sycamore : Fell. Reasons for the works is to improve public safety as this is a highly frequented area by members of the public and there is also a day care nursery operating from this site. Replanting is proposed by the owner to replace any loss of amenity.

G1, Oaks(4) : Reduce crown spread extending to north by approximately 3m, back approximately to a line with ridge of shed roof; branches to be cut back to appropriate growth points; maximum diameter of cuts 150mm; remove any significant major deadwood overhanging garden. Reason for works: Appropriate arboricultural management

T1 - Larch crown lift removing 4 lowest branches, 7 metre max length max diameter 15cm T2/T3 - 2 x Oaks crown lift by 4 metres max maximum cut 15cm diameter length of branch max 5 metres T4 - Oak leaning reduce branch by 10 metres to the vertical branch (see picture) 35cm max diameter cut - Tree is growing with bad form with significant lean. T5 - Pine crown lift remove 2 lower branches back to stem 13 metres long 25cm max diameter T6 - Oak remove 3 lowest branches 6 metres max length 15cm max diameter Reason (all above) - Safety to give clearance from ground for users of the garden T7 - Beech remove all smaller branches growing on shed and growing towards house 10 metres length 15cm diameter - Reason - to prevent damage to house and shed and to prevent repetitive pruning work.

T1, Ash : lift branches above shed and garage to give 2m clearance; reduce lowest limb and branch above to give 2m clearance above garage; reduce lowest two branches above patio to give clearance; trim back marked growth on picture 3 to give clearance from roof of house; remove base epicormic (no cuts to exceed 100mm diameter) T2, Oak : remove epicormic growth from stem; crown lift lower limbs to a height of 5m from garden of 29 Brand Road; crown lift to 8m from 21 Gronan Close to balance the canopy (21 is lower, so therefore 8m to balance the lower canopy)

Yew tree - all over crown reduction of 1.5 to 2 metres to blend it into a natural shape. Attached photograph shows the yew tree with a red line indicating the required work to achieve the crown reduction. Reason - The branches are now overhanging garden and shed and in parts almost touching it, as well as our neighbours garden and shed of St. Kilda Lodge and the garages of Salcombe Court, causing excessive moss on the garage roofs and dampness.

T1, Oak : Crown reduce by no more than 1.5m as per the below picture ensuring the tree retains a balanced and uniform shape; maximum diameter of cuts 60mm; reduce crown back from house ensuring 2.5m clearance; prune over fence and shed to achieve 1m clearance where possible; remove all stubs back to appropriate pruning point and remove all deadwood. Reason: Appropriate Arb Management.

T1 Ash, Remove lowest limb extending over the shed roof. T2 Oak, crown raise up to 4.5 meters , reduce crown spread over Garden of no 5 withycombe park drive by 2 meters removing longest branches of up to 3 metres in length with MCD of 75mm leaving a balanced shape and following best arboricultural practices. To keep a tree to a size in keeping with the garden and reduce shading.

T1 - Oak - Reduction in height and crown spread by 3m, due to overhanging shed and dropping branches. T2 - Ash - Removal of limb on Southern side of canopy growing towards T1 due to defect.
