Ash (nearest to house in rear garden). i) Reduce crown height of tree by up to 4m. ii) Reassess tree condition every 3-5 years to consider another reduction, with the ultimate aim for the height of the tree being brought down to 11m and maintained at that size in perpetuity.

Ash tree #203 is located on the edge of a bank alongside the drive to Shute Barton House. Approximately 80% crown loss was recorded during a survey completed on the 7th June 2022. The Trust would like permission to fell/dismantle this tree to make this area of the drive safe.
