T1, Horse Chestnut: sectional feeling of the tree to leave as a 'monolith' at a height of 6m.

Bay: dismantle and fell to near ground level.

T1, Macrocarpa : remove first and second order branches, approximately 40 - 80mm diameter cuts (snapped limbs from crown). Remedial works to root system beneath the driveway. T2, Chestnut : remove approximately 2m of second and third order branches, diameter cuts of approximately 100mm. T3, Yew : crown lift and shape (predominantly east side of crown), removing second, third and fourth order branches of less than 3m, cuts less than 80mm. T4 & T5, Sweet Chestnuts : mostly remove second, third and fourth order branches , lss than 4m in length, diameter cuts less than 200mm.

Beech : cable brace between the two main trunks, above the fork and the failed union, and a crown reduction of about 25/30% by removing 6 - 9m of the crown; removal of eastern 3rd order branch (extends across road) back to main stem; many lower side branches will be reduced in length.

T1, Ash: fell. (Replace with two new planted standards of suitable species.)

Removal of existing tennis courts, provision of underground swimming pool, gym and associated exercise space, laying out of terraced areas and provision of pergola, remodelling of some of the existing topography and provision of new hard and soft landscaping including significant tree planting to reflect historical landscape design here.

To fence off and to change part of field to garden to make a re wilding and conservation area, with trees, wild flowers, owl and bird boxes.

T1, T2 Poplar. Reduce branches overhanging the carpark by up to 5m, Crown clean the remaining canopy to remove any dangerous branches or dead wood.

40 x Ash - Fell. Reason: Appropriate arboricultural management.

T4 - Oak - Target prune from the highway to reduce the lower canopy. Pruning will remove 2 x broken and damaged branches to facilitate access requirements for the site. Work required to alleviate conflict between trees and vehicles.
